Megan Pischka was born and raised in the City of Buffalo. Buffalo is not just a home, but a lifestyle. Megan graduated from Holy Angels and went on to Daemen College to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. Life had other plans, and she landed in the restaurant industry for almost 20 years. Megan worked at some of the best-known restaurants in and around Buffalo before owning her own restaurant on Hertel Avenue. She has also worked for Mayor Brown and served on many local campaigns in Buffalo and Amherst.
In 2013, Megan took a position with a very prominent personal injury firm and has been working and growing in the industry since. Megan joined Pigott Law Group in the Spring of 2022 as senior paralegal and office manager.
Megan’s knowledge of personal injury law is helping grow Pigott Law Group in both Colorado and New York. She is well-versed in all stages of personal injury claims from no-fault to trial and everything that comes in between. Megan has built close relationships with doctors, claims adjusters, other attorneys, and judicial staff in the area. These relationships help her understand the unique nuances of each case and adds tremendous value to the Pigott Law Group team and its clients.
Megan has extensive experience supporting not only personal injury cases but Social Security Disability (SSD/SSI), Workers’ Compensation, family, and estate law, as well.
